- Published patent-document identifiers and bibliographic metadata
- Inventor names as shown in public patent sources and reviewed Arabic name forms
- Bilingual explanatory summaries, applications, advantages, and keywords
- Public patent details, classifications, SDGs, and national-priority assignments
- Patent-document identifiers that support lookup in official public sources
Information excluded from public pages
The data pipeline and page templates must keep the following outside the public payload:
- Internal email addresses and correspondence
- Correspondence-address fields from patent-system exports
- Confidential invention disclosures and unpublished applications
- Internal quality-review notes, evidence working files, and private source paths
- Personal contact details without explicit publication permission
How the website handles visitors
The current website is a public information service and does not provide user accounts or accept uploaded documents.
- Search and filtering use the published bilingual patent dataset
- Contact actions lead to official institutional channels
- No confidential invention-submission or file-upload form is hosted here
- Standard hosting and security logs may be processed to operate and protect the website
Before forms or analytics are enabled
The university should approve and document:
- Purpose and lawful basis for each collected field
- Consent and notice wording in English and Arabic
- Access controls, encryption, retention, deletion, and backup rules
- Approved processors, hosting locations, and international-transfer treatment
- A rights-request and privacy-contact process
